The seafood specialty of Toyosu uses Japanese Tsukiji’s ingredients from direct delivery by air daily to Hong Kong to ensure freshness and quality standards. Seafood Store provides up to 20 seafood dishes of different flavors. Seafood is carefully selected and is made from the best rice grains from Yamagata Prefecture in Japan. Every bowl of the freshest seafood accompanied by a bowl of fresh fish bone, a full of fish flavor miso soup, is definitely the best match!
In addition to seafood dishes, there are many unique ingredients such as Tuna (Maguro) fish eyes, fish heads, and fishtails.
